All participants are required to bring a towel and water bottle to classes.

Classes may be subject to change or cancellation without notice.

No admittance 5 minutes after class commencement due to inadequate warm up.

Information on Classes

Three classes in one! Engineered to burn body fat, tone muscle and increase cardiovascular fitness in one hour. NRG, Step and Weight Training combined to give you an efficient workout with maximum results!

cycle
Boost your workout with moves that are choreographed on, over and around a height adjustable step. The simple and powerful moves provide an energetic atmosphere while helping to shape and tone the entire lower body.
nrg
Incorporating high/low intensity moves with organised movements for a cardiovascular workout, NRG comprises of motivating aerobic routines designed to burn fat and raise your heart rate for an energised workout.
circuit
Increase your metabolism and improve your muscle tone! Using a variety of equipment positioned at different stations, this conditioning session targets fitness levels, burns fat and sculpts muscles.
cycle
A non-impact indoor cycle class that is as much about inspiration as it is perspiration. Sessions cater for all levels of fitness and experience. An excellent fat burning class where you control the intensity.

Learn the skills for effective boxing in a non-threatening environment. Focus on speed, agility and technique in an
intense cardiovascular session.
dance
Have fun and burn calories while learning the fundamental techniques of Salsa and Latin.  There are no wrong moves!  Be inspired by the sexy urban beats as you dance your way to a better body!

A session that improves core strength, flexibility and posture. Tone and strengthen the deep and superficial abdominals, gluteals, hips and thighs.

This sports-inspired cardio workout combines simple high intensity aerobics with strength and stabilisation exercises.
BodyAttack™ is a rapid calorie burner that delivers improvements in general endurance and an increase in overall body strength.

Increase strength, energy and vitality through dynamic movement
with meditation designed to improve body awareness, physiological and anatomical alignment.

Work all the major muscle groups via a series of weight-bearing
exercises including squats, presses and lifts. BodyPump™ is a fast and effective way to get into shape with fat-burning, endurance and strength benefits.
